Warm Up

Worry not! Our instructors will ease you in as the whole class enjoys a set of fun preparative exercises such as burpies, lunges, squats, and more!

Stretching

Never skip a good stretch! Once you’re all relaxed and warm, it’s time to stretch your muscles so that you avoid stiffness injuries and make the most out of your kicks and punches.

Bag Work

Once you’re done with warm up and stretching, it’s time to put on a pair of gloves and kick your excess weight away! We will provide you with gloves.

Partner Drills

Now it’s fun time! Together with a fellow class member, you’ll practice kicks and punches through smiles and laughter, as you both burn calories along the way.

Conditioning

As the class is near its end, you can expect an exciting full-body workout that gets you all pumped and energized as your body burns fat.

Cool Down

With all the workouts done, it’s time to get you relaxed and calm your heartbeat. Once you cool down, you’ll be able to go home completely refreshed.
